First time in Rajasthan, We did Extracorporeal Radiotherapy (ECRT) principle based Biological reconstruction in a 20 yr old boy case of osteosarcoma tibia. He is walking comfortable and no recurrence till one year follow-up.
First time in Rajasthan, we did Total Femur Replacement with hip and knee joint reconstruction in a 70 years male case of chondrosacoma of femur. Patient was able to sit on 7th postoperative day. Discharged satisfactory.
